Shipping

We levy ZERO Shipping charges for Prepaid orders all over India. For Cash On Delivery, A nominal delivery charge is added which will be visible at checkout

All Items are shipped from our warehouse in Maharashtra, India. Shipping can take anywhere between 2-5 Working Days for most areas all over India. Delivery timelines may vary if the product is on pre-order. 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order from the order dashboard as long as it has not been shipped from our warehouse. Once the either is shipped and if you want to cancel it, kindly refuse the delivery of the same and notify us via email once it is done. As soon as the order is returned back to us, our team will initiate the refund. 

Returns Policy

For Smartphone Accessories

As of 27th March 2024, Returns are not applicable on Smartphone Accessories. Once the order has been successfully delivered, no returns will be issued.

 In case you have received a damaged/wrong product, kindly raise a support ticket within 48 hours of receiving the package and our team will help you out.

For Gear31 Carlinkit 5.0 Adapter

In case you don't like the product or you're having issues with the same and want to return it, kindly inform us within 72 hours of the delivery. Our team will arrange for the return provided the product is still intact and in unused condition. Once the product is returned back to us, we will initiate the refund provided it is not damaged/used. Return Shipping Charges ₹200 Applicable

Refunds

In case of the refunds,

For Prepaid orders, amount will be refunded back to the source payment method. It can take upto 5-7 Business days for refund to credit into the customer's account

Cash On Delivery charges will be deducted for CoD Orders and the balance amount will be refunded back to the customer. It can take upto 5-7 Business days for refund to credit into the customer's account
